Privacy Policy
I. Definitions
- Administrator - means the company FORE Sport Sp. z o. o. (formerly Tim Sports SC) with its registered office in Warsaw (02-962), ul. Przyczółkowa 400, NIP: 5213563994, Regon: 142352677, registered under KRS number 0001038391 which provides services electronically and stores and gains access to information on the User's devices.
- Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the websites of the Service.
- Administrator's Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.
- External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners via the Service's website.
- Service - means the website or application under which the Administrator runs the website, operating in the domain www.lfwake.pl
- Device - means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Service.
- User - means an entity for which services may be provided electronically in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions or with whom an Agreement for the provision of services electronically may be concluded.
II. Types of Cookies used
- Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get into the User's Devices this way. These files allow you to identify the software used by the User and customize the Service individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
- The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
- Session Cookies: are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
- Persistent Cookies: are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a given browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
- The User has the option to limit or disable access of cookies to their Device. In case of using this option, the use of the Service will be possible, except for functions which by their nature require cookies.
III. Purposes for which Cookies are used
1. The Administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes:
a . Service configuration
- adapting the content of the Service’s web pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Service’s web pages.
- recognizing the Service User’s device and its location and appropriately displaying the website, tailored to their individual needs;
- remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes,

- maintaining the Service User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service;
- correct configuration of selected functions of the Service, enabling in particular verification of the authenticity of the browser session.

c . Implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of websites
- adapting the content of the Service's web pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Service's web pages. In particular, these files allow for the recognition of the basic parameters of the User's Device and the appropriate display of the website, tailored to their individual needs;
- correct operation of the affiliate program, enabling in particular verification of the sources of Users’ redirection to the Service’s websites.
d . Remembering the user's location
- correct configuration of selected functions of the Service, enabling in particular the adjustment of the information provided to the User, taking into account his/her location.
e . Analysis, research and audience audit
- creating anonymous statistics that help understand how Service Users use the Service’s web pages, which enables improving their structure and content;
f . Provision of advertising services
- customization of advertisements for third-party services and products presented via the Website;
g . Ensuring the security and reliability of the service

IV. Possibilities of defining the conditions of storage or access by Cookies
- The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookies to the User's Device. The User may change the settings referred to in the previous sentence using the web browser settings or by configuring the service. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about each time Cookies are placed on the User's device. - The User may delete Cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser he or she is using.
- Limiting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service's website.
